  • Boston Terrier

    Boston Terrier

Once, when I was selling illustration prints at a market, someone asked my if I'd ever drawn a Boston Terrier. I hadn't - until now.

  • Fox

    Fox

A fox smelling its own hole.

  • Hank Williams

    Hank Williams

This is the first in a series of portrait illustrations I'm doing of folk music legends. I think Hank is a good place to start. Once I have a whole lot I'll have an exhibition. Who's next? Maybe Woody.

  • Woody Guthrie

    Woody Guthrie

This is the second in a series of folk musician portraits. Woody was known as the 'Dust Bowl Troubadour'. Born in Oklahoma in 1912, he experienced the Dust Bowl era during the Great Depression and travelled to California with the migrant workers, learning their songs. He's sort of the John Steinbeck of folk music.

  • Bob Dylan

    Bob Dylan

The third in my folk musician series. A young Bob Dylan somewhere in Minnesota.

  • Bill Monroe

    Bill Monroe

Bill Monroe seems to have wandered quite far from the Bluegrass State.

  • Frank Worsley

  • Captain Cook
